The 2015 University of Nairobi (UoN) and Kenyatta National Hospital (KNH) scientific conference will be taking place from June 10-12, 2015 at the University of Nairobi, College of Health Sciences from 7.30 am to 5.00 pm daily.

Dr. Eliya Zulu, AFIDEP Executive Director, will be addressing the second plenary on Research to Policy on June 11, 2015 from 11.am to 1pm. He will also be making a panel presentation at the break-away session on Research-to-Policy Pathways in the Health Sector in Kenya. He will be speaking on framing the issue of Research-to-Policy in Kenya’s health sector. This session will be taking place in Lecture Theatre 1 from 2.00 to 4.30 pm.

Other panel presentations include KEMRI’s Experiences with Enabling Research Uptake in Policymaking Processes, presented by Nelly Mugo, a Researcher at KEMRI, and Experiences with Research to Policy: Challenges, Lessons and Opportunities, presented by Matilu Mwau from CNHR-Kenya.
