Our People

Lwana joins AFIDEP with 8 years of experience in Monitoring, Evaluation and Research. He has worked at the Associate Consultant for Aspire Consulting Associates Limited, where he focused on impact evaluations of multiyear development programmes; he also worked with Save the Children International as the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Coordinator and has held similar roles with other international organizations, including Pump Aid and Marion Medical Mission.

He will be coordinating and providing technical support to projects monitoring, evaluation and learning activities and processes, including development of M&E frameworks, indicator tracking tools, data collection, analysis and report writing. He holds a Master of Public Management from Beijing Normal University, China and a Bachelor of Social Science (Economics and Sociology) from University of Malawi, Chancellor College.

He is interested in performance and impact measurement, Social Research and Evaluations.
