Our People

Hector joined AFIDEP in December 2014. His current work focuses on financial management and reporting, budgeting and office administration at the Malawi office.

Prior to joining AFIDEP, he worked as an accountant for Blantyre Print and Publishing (BP&P) responsible for Corporate office, Times TV and Dzuka publishing company. He also held the position of Business Analyst for the BP&P group responsible for analyzing the group products profitability and advise Management on system/products improvements to be undertaken in order to maximise shareholders value.

Hector holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Auditing and Information systems from Malawi College of Accountancy and professional certificate from ACCA.

He received an award from Malawi Accountants board for being the best student for completing Foundation stage of ACCA with highest aggregate marks in Malawi in 2009.
