Joyce Ntaliwa

Partnerships & Resource Mobilisation Officer

Joyce provides technical and administrative support in the management of strategic partnerships and implementation of the Institute’s resource mobilisation strategy. She also supports strategic and programme events. Her role’s main objective is to enhance the effectiveness of the resource mobilisation function to ensure the Institute’s financial sustainability. Joyce has 11 years’ experience in managing senior leadership and teams, HR and communication, locally, regionally and internationally. She is the immediate former Executive Assistant to AFIDEP’s Executive Director. Prior to joining AFIDEP, she was the Personal Assistant to the former Group CEO of The Nairobi Women’s Hospital; a bilingual Personal Assistant to the Regional Secretary of the International Transport Workers’ Federation (ITF); an Office Administrator and Sub-Editor at Tarakibu Architects and a Front Office Assistant at Wananchi Online. Joyce has a Master’s degree in Business Administration – International Business Management option, and a Bachelor of Arts degree – Language & Communication Major, French and Sociology Minors, both from the University of Nairobi. Joyce is passionate about people, communication and impact.
