Mary joins AFIDEP as a Grants Accountant. Her work involves providing support to programmes implementation through management of programme funding by ensuring compliance to donor conditions and requirements.

She comes in with experience having worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Malawi for 4 years as an Associate and later a Senior Associate, through her experience in the management of donor funded projects by EU, USAID & DFID among others. She also worked as an Assistant Accountant Intern at ADMARC Malawi for 6 months.

Mary is an ACCA Chartered Certified Accountant with a strong background in finance, accounting and auditing methodologies and practices with extensive experience of finance, corporate strategy and governance. She graduated with a distinction in Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Malawi.
