Our People

Prudence Favour Xerxes joins AFIDEP as an intern in the Finance and Administration department. She is based in the Nairobi office.

Prudence holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Accounting Option) from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa. She is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) finalist.

Before joining AFIDEP, Prudence worked as a Customer Support Agent at Pesapal, a digital financial services company. She has previously held internship roles at Christ Is The Answer Ministries (CITAM) in Kenya, and Crowe Erastus & Company. She has experience in customer service, procurement, finance, tax, audit, ERP systems, and online data management.

During her free time, Prudence enjoys painting, travelling, socialising, knitting, and reading.
