Vincent serves as AFIDEP’s Senior Research & Policy Associate. He joined AFIDEP in 2018 as a Senior Knowledge Translation Officer with a wealth of experience from a wide range of international non-governmental organisations. His expertise is in Program Design and Management, Knowledge Management and Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) across the region as well as academia.
Previously, Vincent worked at the University of Nairobi’s School of Public Health as a lecturer teaching students undertaking Bachelor of Medicine (MBChB), Master of Medical statistics and Master of Public Health (MPH) in the areas of Statistical Demography and M&E. He has also worked as a Senior Researcher for the Eastern and Southern African University Schools of Public Health – PERSUADE Program (Kenya Secretariat) funded by Global Fund.
Vincent holds a Ph.D. in Population Studies from the Population Studies and Research Institute (PSRI) of the University of Nairobi (2019). He also holds a Master’s in Science degree in Demography from the same Institute (2008).
