Winnie Shella
Monitoring and Evaluation Assistant

Winnie joins AFIDEP as a Monitoring and Evaluation Assistant under the Global Health Corps Fellowship in the Malawi Office.

She has over four years of experience in monitoring, evaluation and research in areas regarding food security, health and nutrition, sustainable agriculture and livelihoods development, agriculture production and child protection.

She worked with the Family Planning Association of Malawi (FPAM) as the district monitoring and evaluation officer where she focused on data quality control, data collection, design and implementation of baseline surveys, training of enumerators and data review. Prior to that, she had worked as a research associate for Makoka and associates.

Winnie holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Economics from Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources.

During her free time, Winnie enjoys traveling and reading
